Herbs grown on the farm, dried and packaged by 1/4 cup (2 oz) volume. Each has been harvested fresh at its growing peak, and dried by either hot air or solar dehydrator.
Apple and Mint jelly made from apples and mint grown on our family's land. Apples harvested at their ripest, juiced by hand and preserved in our own farmhouse kitchen. Available in 4, 8 or 12oz jars. My mother's own recipe Mint jelly from a Mint patch that has been thriving for over the past 20 years. Available in 4oz jars. Quantities are limited for early 2010.
Vegetables picked at peak flavor and preserved into pickles and relishes Jennifer's own recipe Radish Relish. A sweet relish, packed with flavor - great on hamburgers, hot dogs, or right out of the jar. Available in 8oz jars. Quantities are limited until the next batch of fresh radishes are ready in early 2010. Vegetable Relish with zucchini, tomato, onion, pepper and a secret blend of herbs and spices. A semi-sweet relish good on just about anything. Available in 8oz jars. Sliced Dill Pickles from the freshest cucumbers and dill straight from our gardens. Moderate flavor. Available in 16oz jars.
AVAILABLE FOR LOCAL PICK UP ONLY Our small flock of mixed breed chickens are great brown egg layers. They are pampered with a warm coop with fresh hay daily and are outside every day that the weather in Vermont is not too harsh. Four white ducks play in our ponds each day and come back to nest comfortably beside our chickens each evening.
